Processing Times

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Once your order has been packed and shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Please note: Processing times may be slightly longer during peak seasons or promotional periods.

We partner with trusted global fulfilment partners to deliver your order safely and efficiently.

Estimated delivery times:

  • South Africa: 10–20 business days

  • International: 10–20 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, customs processing, and courier delays.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Your delivery address

  • The weight and size of your items

  • The shipping method selected

Because our products vary in size and weight, shipping costs differ per item.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. Tracking updates may take 2–5 days to appear while your parcel is in transit between fulfilment centres.

Customs & Import Fees

International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes. These fees are determined by your country’s customs office and are the responsibility of the customer.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. Little Earth Learners is not responsible for delays or lost parcels due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us at aneesabarnes@live.co.za and we’ll assist you in resolving the issue with our fulfilment partners.
