What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as EFT payments. All transactions are processed securely at checkout.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Please contact us as soon as possible at aneesabarnes@live.co.za if you need to make changes. We'll do our best to assist before your order is dispatched.
Shipping
Where do you ship to?
We currently ship within South Africa. Please check our Shipping Policy for full details on rates and delivery areas.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary by location but generally take 10-20 business days after dispatch.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your parcel's journey.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you're not satisfied, please refer to our Refund Policy or contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
What if my item arrives damaged?
We're so sorry if this happens! Please email us at aneesabarnes@live.co.za with a photo of the damaged item within 48 hours of delivery and we'll make it right.

What age are your toys suitable for?
Most of our toys are designed for children aged 6 months to 6 years. Each product listing includes a recommended age range — please check this before purchasing.
Are your toys safe?
Yes! Safety is our top priority. Our toys are carefully selected to meet safety standards appropriate for young children. Always supervise young children during play.
Are the toys Montessori-certified?
Our toys are inspired by Montessori principles — they encourage independent play, fine motor development, and sensory exploration. While they are not formally certified, they are thoughtfully chosen to align with Montessori philosophy.
