At Little Earth Learners, we want you to feel confident and delighted with every purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are:

• Unused

• In their original packaging

• In the same condition as received

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may be marked as final sale and cannot be returned.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please email us at aneesabarnes@live.co.za with:

• Your order number

• The item(s) you’d like to return

• A brief reason for the return

Our team will guide you through the next steps.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Photos of the item

• Photos of the packaging

• Your order number

We’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please request a refund and place a new order.

Non‑Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, certain items may be non‑returnable. These will be clearly marked as final sale on the product page.
